Fees
A free 15-minute initial consultation
As soon as someone new contacts her, Attorney Vernier offers a free 15-minute initial online consultation. This consultation gives you the opportunity to explain your problem and get answers to your questions. Attorney Vernier will then send you a summary email with a concrete solution to your problem.
After the first free appointment, the cost of a 45-minute consultation is 80 euros (excluding tax), or 100 euros (including tax).
During your first appointment, a fixed rate or flat fee will be established before the procedure begins to cover the entire process.
Attorney Vernier works exclusively on a flat-fee basis, which means she handles your entire case or proceeding for a fixed fee agreed upon in advance. She does not bill by the hour.
Payments
Payment by credit card or bank transfer
Fees can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

Attorney Vernier accepts payment in two installments. The first half of the amount must be paid before the proceedings begin, and the second half before Attorney Vernier files your case.

She will then review all of your documents and prepare your application. She will ask you for additional documents to improve your chances of success.

What if they refuse?
